In this six hour workshop only available in Jacksonville, Florida, XPT Performance Coach Troy Delaney will teach you some of the most powerful methods to incorporate into your your training and lifestyle. Troy will cover educational and practical application of XPT’s Performance Breathing®, ice and sauna therapy, and Versatile & Resiliency training (land and water).

You’ll experience: 

  • Performance Breathing – Learn how to integrate XPT Performance Breathing into your daily routine to correct dysfunction and enhance health and performance. You’ll also learn how to use these methods through guided breathwork sessions and into high stress situations like intense exercise and ice baths. If you’re a human being that breathes, you’ll benefit from this! Benefits include:

    • Mindset: mental challenges like water training can build mental resilience that transcends into other areas of life.
    • Low impact: good for rehabilitation or exercise with less stress to joints/tissues while building durability.
    • Practiced breathing: forced controlled environment like underwater training can improve breathing mechanics and abilities.
    • Recovery: great for recovery of nervous system and muscles while also getting training effect. Plus, water creates a natural compression to help flush waste from tissues in order to improve circulation and faster recovery.
  • Heat & Cold Exposure introduces participants to the use of extreme thermal stress. Through freezing ice baths and hot saunas, we can promote physical and mental recovery from intense training, work or life stress, and high-level competition. We also take advantage of building mental resilience and learning how to mitigate the emotional stress response, which can transcend outside of these recovery sessions and provide useful tools when facing stressful situations in daily life. Gain a deeper appreciation, awareness, and competency to utilize breath as a remote control for better navigating any (and every) experience in your life. Learn effective protocols, proper breathing techniques, and safety for cold water immersion and sauna use. Then perform multiple rounds of ice bathing and sauna. Heat and cold therapy has been shown to provide:
    • Increase fat and calorie burning
    • Improve circulation and cardiovascular health
