Troy is a Human Optimization Coach with a focus on using stress to build a resilient and versatile body and mind and prevent fragility. Troy has been an XPT coach since 2018 and enjoys teaching others how to push past their limits and realize their full potential.

I have been trying to find a way to transition my workout and diet routine into something more holistic and performance focused. I was introduced to Troy’s XPT workshop and it seemed like a great opportunity to pick up some knowledge and try out the therapeutic components of ice and heat. What I left with is an appreciation of the synergy within Troy’s XPT curriculum and how I can incorporate parts of the breathe, move, recover program into my own routine. It was a valuable afternoon, facilitated by Troy’s energy and passion for resiliency. The social opportunity to break out of my comfort zone with like-focused individuals, elevated this experience. Over the week since this workshop, I continue to stop and listen to my breathing during high anxiety situations and it allows me to reset.
