Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t have to be complicated or difficult. Here it is in one image.

NUTRITION

Eat real food in a 6-8 hour window. Local & in-season. Avoid grain, sugar & industrial oils. Supplement as needed

SLEEP

8-9 hours in a dark, quiet, cool place

EXERCISE

Walk. Lift. Run. Climb. Swim. Stretch. Move. Play. In Nature.

WATER

Filtered & mineral-enhanced, drink to thirst but not beyond

COMMUNITY

Have fun, spend time with friends & family, not the internet

MINDSET

Be aware of your thoughts, aim for the positive & breathe

NATURE

Get in nature, preferably barefoot. 15 minutes a day in sunshine on as much skin as you care to bare

GET UNCOMFORTABLE

Spend a little time out of your comfort zone: sauna, cold shower, fast, talk to strangers

The Truth About the Supplement Industry

Amazon owns 77% of the supplement market, most of which are from 3rd party sellers. Often times, those sellers are selling counterfeit products. In fact, Amazon’s business model is designed in a way that they receive a commission for every sale made which creates an incentive to allow all vendors to sell, counterfeits or not.

Buying from reputable companies like iHerb and Swanson is a better option, although often times these companies store supplements in large warehouses for months which cause supplement degradation.

That not only wastes your money but also puts your health at risk! To avoid this, I often recommend people buy directly from the manufacturer.

Sometimes this isn’t possible or convenient.
