I want to talk to you about hydration and high-quality water, a much more important topic than food. Just because you drink water doesn’t mean it’s going to go where it needs to go.

Mental Toughness Masterclass

First, the definition:

“The inner quality that enables individuals to work hard and stick to their short-term goals and long-term passions, coupled with a powerful motivation to achieve their respective objective.”

Now the word:

Grit.

Grit isn’t about how fast you are or how much weight you can put up; it’s about what your mind is telling you when you’re experiencing discomfort.

Grit is what drives you through a grueling workout. It’s what pushes you to do better than the last time.

I know you’ve heard this voice before.

You’re consistent with your training – you have the fitness aspect dialed in, right?

But that’s not today’s topic. What I want to talk to you about today are the gaps that you’re not aware of that are limiting you…preventing you from realizing your full potential.

Giving a workout your all is hard…it hurts to push yourself. Muscles burn, breathing becomes difficult, and your mind starts to tell you to stop.
